TOS Book 3: Building one’s power draws other power to it, even as the universe resists those that build power. By asserting one’s will as power, one need not take or rely on the power of others, as the resources one needs are naturally drawn to the will that is attuned to them. Gravity and the will are linked, to the point that by asserting power one is able, if one builds it sufficiently, to defy that magnetic force. The will is electrical, just as reality is magnetic, pointing to the interrelation between the will, the force of change, reality, electrical energy, and gravity. The individual will is change on a personal level, and since change on a cosmic level is a kind of will, the individual will is in its way a cosmic energy, relating to will, electrical energy, reality, and gravity. To harness the will, the individual force of change, is to have the power to change the substance of being composed of electricity, gravity, and so on. With such forces as tools, the individual so empowered need never lack for anything. https://youtube/watch?v=CC4q9chGzMw
