TREASURES OF DARKNESS ISAIAH 45:1-3: “Thus says the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held to subdue nations before him, and I will unarm and ungird the loins of kings to open doors before him, so that gates will not be shut. I will go before you and level the mountains to make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the doors of bronze and cut asunder the bars of iron. And I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I , the Lord, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name.” Submit to the Lord, let Him take you by the hand. When you submit, He unarms... Not by might nor by power but by the Spirit. So being led by the Lord; you are being led by the Spirit; not in your own strength but the Lord Himself being the one using His strength. “I will cut asunder the bars of iron, and i will give you the treasures of darkness...” The bible says God covers Himself with darkness. You know Moses went into a thick dark cloud. The people were outside and when they looked up, they saw a thick dark cloud and yet Moses was with God 40 days and 40 nights. He spoke with Moses about the message of grace not law and was speaking to him prophetically: “they will be my generation, a chosen generation a royal priesthood, i will bring them to myself “– PROPHETIC – so He was talking about this generation which has to come to God Himself. The moment you set forth the word, this becomes in actual fact the Holy Spirit and a demon won’t stand to be with you in the house. When you have it there, the demon will be afraid to get in the house. Genesis 3, remember when God took man out of the garden, he took him out of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil so when you go in, you go in with life. This requires submission to Christ. Let Him lead you and those iron bars shall be broken, those doors shall be opened. By grace He will draw you near. In the past, it was with the magician but Moses came with his rod as well: they all had rods but the one which belongs to God is powerful. When you come for this (anointing oil), let your following be the following of Christ. Don’t just come to collect like you collect a charm, submit and follow Christ.
