TRUTH IN ESSENCE, ...Preventiont is better than cure so the saying goes .hence what the government of Nieria has done inrespect of immigration recruitment tragedy at Nigeria immigration service is not a solution and not a prevention even the cure is with question as it pertinent that such incident will repeat itself if left lwith the solution providee so far.T o stop future occurance.the gnverment shouldset a standard in its ministry on how to enploy applicants into the system..The said standard should be based management ethics and international best rractices..But before the standard can be set to be working well as necessary in need .thd gnvernment has vo improve the living standard of the citizentry.enhance managment ethics in the management sector..promote knowledge awareness in academic and every other sector of the economy.create a strong security system and create more jobs as necessary in need..Nobody have tried to know how this imm4ration services are funded as i know that though not justified .the aim of inviting over 700.000 aqlicants for 5.000 vances is to source fund..It is a fact that problem with inviting over 100% in an interview is not percular to NIS as it has been happening in other public offices and the gout neuer felt it is necessary to qudstinn it untikl lié is lost.I think it is still a case of systen faikure if not steps should had been taken in the past to remey the situathñ.Nobody knows if the would had dver approved the bdnefiary as some people suffere hel5 to meet up with the opportunitx even some are sponsored by people nutsif family or even by their own selves while the family hated them..Again can NIS pay for more tham the securitx the prnvided?.My final question is why do we always wait for something to spoil bdfnrd we act as being conscious.?Something is truely wrong with the way we think and reason and do things..And it is only the things that aféct us personaky that mauers and that is painful.
