********** ***TUESDAYS TOPICS*** This goes out to EVERYONE in the industry, so please feel free to chime in. Over the years I have seen almost every company do some sort of 90 Day Challenge. Im fully aware of why they are put in place, and I know that it definitely can be productive if done right. But my question to you all is this.....would it really be a bad thing if we started a rank a year type of promotion??? It doesnt matter what company youre involved in, they all have ranks as part of their compensation plan. Would it serve the industry better as a whole??? Would it lower the attrition rate??? Would more people be able to relate to the business model because the numbers being advertised are realistic??? Would the get rich quick and pyramid scheme/scam stigma start to be lifted and now viewed as a legitimate business opportunity??? Facts are facts, and theres no denying that the majority of people in this industry never reach the higher ranks, let alone the TOP rank.....so why do we always talk about the top ranks and then wonder why people are skeptical??? I will support you and your 90 Day Challenge, now I ask you, will you support me in my A Rank A Year challenge??? **********
