Tarboro NC, sweet Duke Duke is a neutered male pit about 6 years old. He was fostered by a man since 2009 who found him tied to a tree a nearly starved to death. The man now has a 3 year old and does not have time for him. Duke is very afraid and doesnt trust anyone, but he is not aggressive. The man in the photo would take Duke for walks and Duke trusts him. Duke would be a great dog for someone who has the time to spend with him. He is ok with other dogs but will trust someone much faster if they have time to spend with him alone.
