Tarka Gymnastics would like to apologise to parents and children - TopicsExpress

Tarka Gymnastics would like to apologise to parents and children who competed in the peterborough competition for the incomplete and incorrect article printed in the North Devon Journal on thursday. We were asked by the journal to provide 5 photos, comments from parents, results and categories of the events, as well as a short introduction about the competition. All in which we did, Phil wrote a lovely paragraph explaining how proud of the girls he was. Nothing of which was mentioned, let alone using an incomplete photo, when we appreciated everyones efforts in turning up last monday in their leotards and medals, which you would think if only one photo was going to be used they would of used that one. We sincerlly apologise for anyone that wasnt mentioned and for any incorrect entries. We are doing our best to rectify the situation by getting the advert rewritten correctly. We have be in touch with the Editor to highlight our grievances and will also be visiting them in person on monday. If any parent shares our frustration then please feel free to contact the Journal personally. We need your support as the journal have done this to us before! Once again we sincerely apologise for any upset caused, it was the last thing we wanted, after having such an amazing weekend and being so proud of the girls!
