Technically, my birthday isnt until tomorrow. But we celebrated today since 10/13 starts my next challenge group! Had a fabulous morning shopping alone, met up with my fantastic coach and success partner Jamie Emerson to brainstorm, then came home to a yummy Mexican dinner, pineapple upside down cake and some awesome presents from my hubby and the kids. This is the first year the kids picked out my gifts (my beautiful Marci grad beads, chapstick and glitter nail polish!). So as you can see, it wasnt the best day for eating healthy but its not about being perfect... its about being consistent. And tomorrow starts a new day with an awesome new heart rate monitor from the hubs, my Little Black Dress Challenge Groups support, shakeology and clean eating! Such a great day!
