Ten things most people dont know about me? Okay: 1) I once got so mad at my sister that I kicked a hole in the bathroom wall then enlisted her help to try to fix it before Mom and Dad got home. I came up with some hair-brained scheme that resulted in plugging up the kitchen sink AND not fixing the wall. 2) The first job I ever had was working in the greenhouse at Bragdons Flower Shop in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Ive been killing plants ever since. 3) I had a crush on Casey Conner all through high school--even when I was dating someone else. Man! I just cant get over that guy! ;) 4)The one and only time I played a slot machine in a casino we found out that I have a gambling...umm...problem. So I just dont go there. No problem. 5) I grew up in Maine--the most popular ski destination east of the Rockies--and went to college in Utah--greatest snow on earth--but Ive never been downhill skiing. For that matter, Ive lived on islands for 20 years (Mount Desert Island, Maine and the island of Saipan in the Northern Marianas) and Ive never been water skiing either. 6) I dont have a so, how did you two meet? story to tell because I dont remember ever meeting my husband. Ive just always known him. 7) Eating raw carrots or homemade yeast bread gives me hiccups. 8. In jr. high once I walked out on my band director because I was irritated that he was so late for rehearsal. He told me that if I left not to come back. I left. He later asked me to come back. 9) I firmly believe that there is intelligent life on other planets--however, Im not sure they all speak English. 10) When our church in Dover was prepping to refinish their gym floor my mother and I went out and roller skated on it when nobody else was there. :)
