Testimony to Encourage Your Faith! In August, 2007 I married my friend, a good looking, God fearing igbo guy. I am from the middle belt. Matrimony was beautiful until I had a miscarriage in January 2008, got pregnant again but this time the babies were in two separate places; one in the Fallopian tube and another in the womb and the pregnancy lasted beyond 3 months I dont know how I survived. The doctors that performed the procedures said it was a one in a million case. God gave me victory but I lost a Fallopian tube on Sept 11, 2008. I was thankful to have survived. I had hopes, huge hopes that I would conceive again but 5 years passed without a missed period. I wept, cried, had hopes... took series of supplements, went for series of medical checks and all to no avail. I almost gave up but thank God for my husband whos faith was never shaken! He encouraged me at every time and assured me that he didnt marry me because of children but for companion, and if God chooses to bless us with children then may his name be praised. My wonderful friends, family and even my in laws stood by me through it all. In September 2013 I dreamt twice and was given same name for a child I told my hubby the dream and he told me that the name means God has answered my prayers ( being an igbo name) I sort of took it with a pinch of salt (Lord have mercy) I took Ill in October 2013 and took malaria medication out of carelessness, the outcome was crazy! God healed me and I discovered I was 7 weeks pregnant!. Id lost track of my Lmp so I was shocked at the news! In summary, the entire pregnancy period was easy and void of morning sickness and pregnancy related issues. To the Glory of God I went into labor that lasted for two hours and by 20:30hrs of June 12, 2014 I delivered naturally. God blessed us with our princess, the evidence of Gods faithfulness and her name is Chizara. I pray my testimony glorify God and encourage someone to trust God for no matter how a situation looks God indeed answers prayers! Shalom!
