Why we think college is 100% necessary for everyone is beyond me. When I am hiring people, I could care less about some fancy college degree. I look for three things: HUSTLE, HUSTLE, HUSTLE It is all about the hustle. You have to want it, you have to create it, and you have to earn it. Why are people unemployed? Because they dont freaking hustle, they are sitting around waiting to get a job where someone tells them what to do. That shit is crazy. Right now there are 50 year old individuals, sitting around waiting to here back from companies on whether or not they are going to be hired. Basically they are sitting around waiting to be told what to do. They last thing I want to be doing right now at the age of 32 is waiting for someone to tell me what to do. Screw that, freaking HUSTLE. You have two choices: You can die from lack of progress or thrive from producing something for yourself. Your choice...
