Thank you US Mission Uganda for the support to our Coordination office to Combat Trafficking in Persons (TIP) -we now have brochures (over 3 years supply) to give every passport applicant with information about TIP including how to protect yourself, control mechanism by traffickers, and how/where to seek help. And was great to have a pleasant conversation about the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship that both I & Ambassador are very proud of. Ambassador DeLisi was once the Director of the Humphrey Fellowship at the University of Minnesota. I was at the same place 2010/11 for the fellowship where I specialized in Human Trafficking, Policy & Prevention.
