Many people have different interpretations of what rescue means to them. Thats completely fair. That said, if you dont agree with mine, then kindly leave me to my opinion. 4. TAS has a two fold mission: Rescue and Repurpose. But along with that, it is our mission to intervene on behalf of horses before they need rescue. Intervention on the front end to minimize the damage done after a lifetime on the road pounding pavement. Thank you for believing in us and following us along this journey.
