Thank you for the ad :) This is my little boy Teddy (A-gy) he was rescued in Thailand en route to Vietnam or China for dog meat and for his fur :( He was rescued with hundreds and hundreds of other dogs, stuffed in chicken cages, piled on top of one another on a lorry. They were left in the jungle for days with no food or water in the unbearable heat. After they were rescued they were taken to a pound in Thailand, there were well over a thousand dogs in the pound and Teddy would have fought to get food and water and he is only little :( After he had been in the pound for about two weeks, a lovely kind lady who had taken the photos of the dogs when they were rescued, pulled Teddy and some other dogs out of the pound. She drove them overnight to Bangkok and some including Teddy were taken to an animal hospital, Teddy was very ill, apart from being starved and ill treated he had distemper and pneumonia and for the first couple of weeks, they did not think he would pull through :( But thanks to the wonderful care that he had and to another wonderful Thai lady who sponsored him and paid for all his care, he made it. He was in the hospital for seven months until he came to us in the UK last December, he was given the name A-gy by the same lady. We love our little boy very much and the photos are all of him, caged, in the pound, in hospital and as he is now. The DMT (Dog Meat Trade) is horrendous, the dogs suffer dreadfully, so if you see a petition to see stop this barbarity, please sign it, so we can put an end to the suffering of these babies, thank you xxx
