The Enoshima Island Spa is a wonderful place to visit. The separate indoor onsen baths are beautifully situated with a view over the ocean. There are many different hot springs in the womens bath to chose from, all feeling very clean and genuine. I especially appreciate the shared outdoor baths where men and women can bathe together with views over the ocean. I was lucky enough to be at Enoshima Island Spa a clear and sunny day so that I could experience Mt Fuji off in the distance at sunset. Enoshima Island itself is also nice to stroll around and look at. The close distance to Tokyo makes this onsen a good day-trip option. I started my day in Kamkura, and went here during the afternoon to end of my full day of sightseeing. Good combo!
