Thankful to be alive.... My student and I had just landed and exited the runway, Ground control gave us taxi instructions- out of the normal- I almost asked for our normal route, but my student said she wanted to do what they had told us.. We continued onto the ramp, when ground control told us to hold our position... I locked on the brakes and looked to the right to see an out of control aircraft bouncing between runway and taxiway directly towards us. It missed us by mere feet. If we had been on the normal taxiway we for sure would have been hit, if we had not stopped exactly when we did, we would have been T-boned by an aircraft going 50 or 60 MPH. I am very thankful for our ATC here at Riverside Municipal Airport.
