Thanks Les, what a wonderful man you are. Men like you keep me in my peaceful existence or else I would have organised a Lysistrata resistance by now. :) By the way, I could add a few incidents of my own to this list. Their loss. I left their little rat race and am making more money (in less time). As my mother said one day: Trying to keep intelligent women down backfires, they always find a way of succeeding anyway.
