Thanks for adding us! We were loyal comcrap costumers until 2 weeks ago, when a car took out a pole & ripped all wires right off our house! The electric company came right out, replace the downed pole, & hooked their line back on my house. ...Not so much with comcast!. The said that they would hook us up the next morning...the next night we called them & they were clueless about our outage, They said that they needed permission from the government to come on our property! We said BS! CANCEL OUR CABLE IMMEDIATELY!...We cant get fios or DSL in this rural area of NJ, So that night we went to vist our good friend who owns a Verizon store. He sold us a 3/4G hot spot that Im using now & is much cheaper than cable ( We were paying over 170.00 a month & we are retired.poor). The next day, comcast came in our yard & removed the splitter off of our house. We drove in town & returned their modem and remotes. The next day two comcast truck came in my yard & connected wire on the pole & replaced the splitter. I told them that I was no longer a costumer, but they said they had a report of a dropped line & were doing their job....We purchased a 30.00 HD amplified VHF/UHF yagi antenna & put it on a 15 pole, in the backyard. We pointed it on Philadaelphia (50 miles away) We now get over 40 beautiful HD channels, most are 1080p! It is dazzling! We no longer get ten million crappy channels of little interest that comcast provided, but 40+ high quality channels! I even hooked my tv to the aux. input f my old Fisher stereo for theatre quality sound!...SCREW COMCAST! ...FREE AT LAST!
