WARM UP: 400 m run 12 t-push ups 12 squats 12 jumping pullups Samson stretch, each leg GROUP: 3:00 front plank 1:30 side plank 1:30 side plank WORKOUT: 10:00 AMRAP (as many reps as possible) 20 double unders 10 burpees 5 pullups Rest 5:00 5:00 AMRAP 20 double unders 10 burpees 5 pullups
