Thanks for the nominations Kieran and Craig. I have spent quite a bit of time reading up on what its all about, due to a good friends Dad suffering from MND. Did you know that Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is the name given to a group of diseases in which the nerve cells (neurones) that control muscles undergo degeneration and die? Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Progressive Muscular Atrophy (PMA), Progressive Bulbar Palsy (PBP), and Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS) are all subtypes of motor neurone disease [alsmndalliance.org]. Considering that I spend most of my waking hours enjoying and teaching various movement skills, getting MND is one of my worst nightmares. Im not going to accept your IBC, you win this one, however I will instead donate some money to both Wateraid UK and the MND Association. Also, check out the vid below.
