Thanks is such a wonderful word. Jesus used it to acknowledge that life could not exist without Gods hand in it. We use it when something is done for us, whether or not we asked for it. I use it oftentimes to acknowledge that a person is free to have their own opinion. What a fabulous word! And what a way to make a person realize that he/she is entitled to their own ideas even if I didnt share them! What a way to tell someone that God still loves me even if someone doesnt have a favorable opinion of me! And that God still loves them enough to tell them they are indeed entitled to their own opinion.
