That ( the following story ) happened a month ago but he did it again today to some Mexican Mann and they caught him at the hill chateau..... AKRON, Ohio — A man released from prison last month after serving time for beating up a man he believed was a police informant is now accused of forcing his way into a womans car and robbing her. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Jeremy Proctor, 35, who is wanted on charges of first-degree felony charges of aggravated robbery and kidnapping in Akron Municipal Court. A 27-year-old Canton woman told police a man, later identified as Proctor, jumped into her car about 1:40 a.m. Tuesday after she stopped at a stop sign on East Tallmadge and Schiller avenues. Proctor reached toward his waistband as if he had a gun, police reports say. He forced the woman to drive him to the Family Dollar on North Howard Street, where he demanded money from the woman, according to police. The woman dropped him off about a block a way from the store, according to court records. The woman gave Proctor $50 and let him out of the backseat of the car. He fled and the woman drove to another location to call police, according to police. Someone nearby told the woman that the man who got out of her car was Proctor. The woman picked Proctors photo out of a lineup, according to court records. Proctor was released from prison on Nov. 1, according to state records. He served two years in prison for violating the terms of his probation on a second-degree felonious assault conviction. In that case, Proctor punched a 54-year-old man in the back of the head on June 23, 2012 because he believed he provided police information about drug users and dealers. The man suffered three broken facial bones. Proctor was initially sentenced to two years probation, but was sentenced to prison after committing several misdemeanors and violating probation. Proctor two weeks after his prison release was accused of stealing items from the Family Dollar store on North Arlington Road. Another man distracted store employees on Nov. 16 while Proctor stuffed shirts, socks and underwear in his hoody, police reports say. Proctors criminal history includes dozens of arrests since 1998 on misdemeanor charges and several felony convictions that resulted in jail time on various charges including carjacking, burglary, robbery and domestic violence. In one case, he served a 1-year prison stint for carjacking a 59-year-old man on June 24, 2008. Proctor then led police on a car chase. He eventually jumped out of the stolen 2001 Kia Rio and ran from officers, who caught him
