The 2014 Bram Stoker Award® preliminary ballot came out today. It includes my novel JADE SKY, my short story TRIGGER WARNING, and the anthology QUALIA NOUS (which contains my short story TWELVE KILOS (not listed), as well as the also-on-the-list short stories RUMINATIONS by Rena Mason and THE VAPORIZATION ENTHALPY OF A PECULIAR PAKISTANI FAMILY by Usman T. Malik.) Im honored and humbled to be in such excellent literary company, and fully expect to get trounced by these other wonderful stories. :D Congrats to everyone who made it onto the ballot!
