The 2nd KTA Trail Care event of 2014 is happening this weekend, May 16-18! We’ll be treating “trailments” (blowdown, blazing, path-widenening and clearing, etc.) on the T-Squared Trail in northcentral PA. The 11-mile T-Squared Trail was named in honor of venerable trail builder and advocate Tom Thwaites, and connects the Donut Hole Trail to the Black Forest Trail. If you can’t make it for the weekend, how about just for Saturday, or perhaps Sunday morning. All skill levels welcome! Free camping is available Friday and Saturday night at Hyner Run State Park (off scenic SR120 in between Lock Haven and Renovo)- look for the KTA signs.
