The Annual European Study Trip 2015 takes place in Berlin, Germany. The trip is organized by the Fine and Applied Arts department as part of its Academic curriculum and it begins on 26th of January to the 1st of February 2015. Applications for participation are now taken! The trip is scheduled as follows: > Departure from Larnaca International to Berlin Tegel on Aegean flights via Athens on Monday 26th January 2015 (A3901/A3852, 05:30-10:25). > Guided tours with lectures in the city of Berlin from Tuesday 27th January till Saturday 31st of January 2015. > Departure from Berlin Tegel to Larnaca International on Aegean flights via Athens on Sunday 1st February 2015 (A3853/A3910, 11:10-20:10). > Accommodation for 6 nights with buffet breakfast at the Hotel Park Inn by Radison at Alexander Platz. The price for the trip is EUR 630 for double share room, and includes all taxes as well as transfers from Berlin Tegel airport to the hotel and vice versa. A comprehensive and a more in-depth programme will be given to all participants about a week prior to the departure. > Students interested to participate must register at the department’s faculty office (room no 70) and pay a deposit of EUR250 (non-refundable) by Thursday the 11th of December 2014 since there is a limited number of places. The remaining fee must be paid fully by Thursday 8th of January 2015. Tickets will be issued and delivered about a week prior to departure. PLEASE NOTE Interested participants without an EU Passport/ID may require a visa to enter Germany. Arrangements to acquire such a visa must be made well in advance by each person individually through the German Embassy in Nicosia.
