The Belleville, Montrose & Exeter Fire Association is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 1976 Ford F-250 Brush Truck with 4 wheel drive and 16,435 miles. The truck has a 299 gallon water tank, portable pump and 4 ton winch, 360 V8 engine, C-6 automatic transmission and new Heavy Duty rear leaf springs. Please contact Ron Babler, Fire Chief at 608-445-8330 for an appointment between the hours of 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday to see the truck. All bids shall be sealed and marked “Bid on Brush 9” and mailed to PO Box 169, Belleville, WI 53508 or delivered to the Belleville Village Hall, 24 W. Main Street, Belleville. Bids will be accepted until 12:00 PM (noon), August 12, 2013. The Fire Association Board will open and consider all bids on August 13, 2013 at a Special Fire Association 8:00 p.m. meeting at the Belleville Fire Station, 33 E Main St, Belleville, WI 53508. The Belleville, Montrose & Exeter Fire Association reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as they deem most advantageous to the Fire Association. TERMS: Cash, certified check or money order before the truck is transferred to the successful bidder. Truck and attached equipment sold as is, with no warranty.
