The Blessed Portion Ministries 2 seconds ago . THIS WEEKS PRAISE REPORT: We told you we are going to give more praise reports last week--SO.... GREAT news!!! Our friend Marcus is once again working at ringing the Salvation Army bell this season!!! He found out yesterday and called to tell us- he will be working anywhere from 5-6 days a week- 8 hours a day and will be off every Sunday to still come to church with us!!!!!! He said that God is doing great things in his life and he is so thankful!! He even said today that church is starting to wear off on him because he is finding himself doing more and more little things for people just because its the right thing to do. He has been worried about getting to ring the bell this year based on some past issues but for the last several months we have been praying about it and God truly made himself known to Marcus! He said that he is so happy and that he feels his life is getting on track-- that he has a church, he has friends and that he has a extended family and He is RIGHT!!!!!!! Its amazing how a simple act of kindness can be used to transform a life---Marcus has talked about how he has had so many needs met--and he knows its from God--- SO everyone thats our good news--our great news!!!!!! We will get Marcus some extra warm gloves and some thermals so he will stay warm ringing that bell 8 hours a day in the cold temps to come--- he has some boots that were donated so hes good to go on that!!! He starts on the 14th and will work till the 24th of December!!!! He will be at the Krogers on Clinton-- so if you happen to see him bring him a cup of coffee or even a cold orange pop---he said he likes that better than coffee!!!! Thank you God for answering the prayers of Marcus--
