The Canada Wind Piston is one my experiments. In the video it is being powered by a floor fan, the square type. It is a completely new design for a wind turbine. This is the first prototype with flat foils. Dr. E. Lang, Fluid Dynamics, U.W., generated over 30 pages of mathematics to produce the power formula for the wind piston because no other power formula could be adapted. Therefore Dr. Lang has contributed to knowledge of physics by generating a new power formula - whick almost a year to produce. Now I developed a new efficiency feature: curved foils. The new model is being built now. Please note that in this prototype the foils always achieve a positive power of 75% of the area. I.s, the axis of the piston is always at 75% and the axis of the piston rod is always at 50%. Logically, the piston axis can be at 90% positive. The video of the new curved model will be posted soon.
