The Committee to Protect Journalists has published its annual analysis on journalists killed worldwide. Many of the almost 100 journalists and media workers listed lost their lives while bringing breaking news from some of the most dangerous countries of the world. An unusually high proportion of journalists killed in relation to their work in 2014 were international journalists, as correspondents crossed borders to cover conflict and dangerous situations in the #MiddleEast, #Ukraine, and #Afghanistan, the Committee to Protect Journalists found in its analysis. A list of the journalists killed can be found here: https://cpj.org/killed/2014/
