The DSHS Tiger Winterguard performed their 2014 competition show Fireflies at San Marcos HS earning first place. This years production is set to the Owl City tune Fireflies in a cover by two students from Texas Tech University. In addition to utilizing traditional flags and rifles, there are also 30 one-gallon plastic mason jars that have blinking LED lights to represent actual fireflies that the performers dance with throughout the show.
