The DSS/SSS Raises Security Alarm! The Department For States Services (DSS) also known as SSS at the weekend raises the alarm that on 20th August, 2014, about 4pm, some yet to be identified persons broke into a tailoring shop located at No.55 Odutola Street, Sabon-Gari Kano, and made away with 13pieces of Reverend Sisters regalia of the catholic church. With the recent trend in female suicide bombings, removal of these regalia may be the handiwork of terrorists elements that may want to perpetrate acts of terror using such garments for easy penetration to their targets. Deputy Director of Information for the service, Ms. Marilyn Ogar, advised Nigerians to be on the look out for persons especially female suicide bombers who may disguise in the attire to cause havoc on worshippers especially. However some persons have berated the SSS saying they (the SSS) pays lips services adding that if Boko Haram could make bombs, use cars to caryout havocs, same Boko Haram would make the regalia with their resources. Anyway, this is no time to put up any argument over this finding as we are advised to keep tab on security watch. You may recall that the spate of female suicide bombers has become popular in Northern Nigeria and its mainstay seems to be Kano State. Some persons however call it the coming back of the abducted school girls in Chibok that Nigerias security forces are yet to secure their release after four months in captivity. Beware! Be-warned!
