The FASTEST way for you to become a leader, and become wealthy, is to bring in other leaders into your organization. Stop considering everyone with a credit card the perfect prospect. I would take 1 leader who I know has the power to create a booming team, over 100+ personal sign ups of people who have a welfare mentality any day of the week. #1 it leverages your time better as you don’t have to personally make 100+ sales, but #2 you build a long-term sustainable business versus a business which will fizzle out. So get good at picking out leaders amongst the crowd, those who are driven and determined to succeed.. those who you can see could aspire to greatness… and give them your time.
