The Godhead is NOT three different persons Its commonly taught, the Trinity is three different persons. The Bible warns against sacrilegious doctrines. You may ask why; why is it sacrilegious, to believe that God is three different persons, wrong? First and foremost, God is a jealous God, and idolatry is a severe sin -- Exodus 34:14;14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God: and Revelation 21:8; 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Its important to absorb the word, “ONE”, because the Bible emphatically teaches God is ONE person. Please pay attention to the versus below, that plainly shows, God is ONE person, NOT three: Colossians 1:13; 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: Hebrews 1:3; 3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high: Genesis 1:26; 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Zechariah 14:9; 9 And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one. John 14:8-9; 8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? Revelation 4:2; 2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. Revelation 22:3; 3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: Ezekiel 43:1-7; 1 Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east: 2 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory. 3 And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face. 4 And the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. 5 So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house. 6 And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me. 7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places. From the previous versus shown, you can clearly see, God is, “ONE visible person”. The controversy of different images of God, comes from, the Angel of the Lord and Melchizedek. This controversy is easily unraveled in, Ezekiel 1:26-28, which says; 26 And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it. 27 And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about. 28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake. AND, Acts 26:13, which says; 13 At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me. When comparing and contrasting both verses, you can easily see, The Angel of the Lord and Yahshua, both share a Glory and a Brightness. Their is only, ONE Glory of God, not two or three. This is the Schekinah Glory. Now, we can connect Melchizedek and Yahshua, as the same person, because its written in, Hebrews 7:1-5, that Melchizedek is the pre mortal image of Christ. To simplify things, the body of Melchizedek, was divine (immortal) and Jesus Christs body is, terrestrial (flesh). Since we know their is only one body where God dwells in, as previously proven. How can you get, God is three different people? Furthermore, at the Baptism of Christ (Matthew 3:16-17), how many visible people were in the GodHead? As for the Father, you can see when the clouds opened up, their was no one floating in the air/clouds, it was a Loud Voice. As for the Holy Spirit, we know a bird/dove is a creation of God, not the creator. Christians need to understand the OMNI concept, of our God. Yes, God is the Father, The son, and the Holy Spirit, but they are three different duties of one person, NOT persons. That may be trivial some. As for me, it would be a mother, a daughter, and a niece. With that being said, that doesnt mean their are three different persons of me walking around. In conclusion, Christians are MONOtheist, NOT POLYtheist. Its sacrilegious to worship three different persons of one God. ISAIAH 42:8; 8 I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. EXACTLY!!!
