Leaders honored are: Dr Jean Philip Austin MD for a Better Healthier Community Dr Gibbs Williams MD for a Better Healthier City Dr Edvrard Pharel MD, MPH, PsyD for a Better World The event will also salute two key figures in HANOA’s history: President Mr. Yves Labady will receive the Health Champion Award for his leadership and long tenure with The Haitian American Nursing Organization & Allied (HANOA) and Vice President Louise Lorraine Voltaire will receive special recognition for her longtime commitment to leadership of the Board of HANOA and her outstanding initiative in creating the Belle Glade Multicultural Health Fair.
