The Hoover Institution is deeply saddened by the passing of Senior Fellow and top Reagan adviser Martin Anderson. Hoover Director John Raisian: “…Throughout the span of his four decades at the Hoover Institution, he left an indelible mark… Martin’s contributions will long impact our nation’s history and he will be sorely missed.” Mrs. Nancy Reagan: “…He was a dear friend, and an integral part of my husband’s campaigns and White House senior staff. After we left the White House, not only was he one of the founding members of the Board of Trustees for Ronnie’s presidential library, but along with his wife, Annelise, he has authored some of the best books that have been written on the Reagan presidency. Loyal men like Martin Anderson come along very rarely in one’s life, and I will miss him terribly.” hoover.org/news/remembering-martin-anderson
