The Jamaica Pegasus Sales Manager Deadline: August 30, 2013 Qualifications: •Tertiary Level qualification from a recognized institution. •At least three (3) years of direct Sales and/or Marketing management experience in the hotel industry. •Proactive individual who will take steps to ensure maximization of revenues in conjunction with the Hotel’s sales and marketing strategy. •Solid knowledge of wholesale and retail travel business with strong knowledge of e-marketing, outbound sales and public relations •Solid knowledge of corporate and group travel business •Experience in selling and organizing banquets, weddings and other events. •Strong organizational skills with proven ability to lead, coach, train and motivate employees. •A dynamic personality with a driven desire to satisfy customers’ needs •Excellent time management, communication and administrative skills. •Be able to work weekends and Public Holidays. •Must possess a reliable motor vehicle and the ability to travel locally and overseas.
