The Jubilee Government is seeking ways of cutting down expenditure in the public sector. I suggest the following:- i.resolve and recover all illegal proceeds of all the mega scandals ii. the Public Service Commission undertake within a year a comprehensive a job evaluation and specification exercise that will remove all the unnecessary idle staff in the public sector. iii.decentralise all departmental services to the counties and connect them to the Head offices by electronically. deploy all the less busy staff to the counties . iv.identify and dismantle all ministerial procurement cartels that may be active currently. v.suspend the 5 Billion car purchase loan for MPs and instead buy helicopters that can take the Mps to the constituencies whenever the need arises.
