The MCOSMOS video course is available in version 3.0 and will be available in version 3.4 shortly. This course includes a MCOSMOS specific programming manual and a USB flash drive with MCOSMOS specific windows media player video files covering each section. It also includes an inspection plate with prints and CAD files for the supplied part. This course was designed to take students who are new to the CMM programming works and give them the basic fundamentals of how the CMM works as well as how to specifically use the MCOSMOS software. The students begin with very basic programs and as they complete each exercise, the exercise become more complicated until they are programming from CAD files. Scanning and Gear inspection as well as high level language are not available in this course.
