The challenge will begin with a ‘Before’ image being taken and displayed on MONDAY 28TH July, before a challenge period of 12 weeks, in which we are after the biggest transformation. The challenge is not a bodybuilding contest or a weight loss contest, it is a dedicated transformation challenge in which we are looking for the biggest physical transformation. After 12 weeks of competition, ‘After’ shots will be requested on Wednesday October 22nd. Public voting begins and ends on Sunday 2nd November.
