The Moscow Times (owned by a Finnish publishing giant, hence belonging to the empire of Western media) published an interesting article on the Ukrainian crisis and its prognosis based clearly on a deliberate leak from US military intelligence. The article suggests or threatens that NATO wants to claim more openly the junta as its child in trusteeship, if not its outright progeny. The idea proposed in the article about the contact group boils down to establishing the US, the EU, plus Germany, France, and Poland--hence basically the core of NATO--as an official alliance on the side of the fascist junta in Kiev--ganged together against Russia. The difference between the Yugoslav and the Spanish wars, as presented right at the beginning of the article, indicates that the US and NATO not only wants to internationalize [read: escalate] the possible war right from the start, but also that the US implies that is wiling to play the role which Nazi Germany and fascist Italy played in the Spanish War against the antifascist front, which was aided by Russia and legions of international fascists. themoscowtimes/opinion/article/how-to-save-ukraine/498314.html
