The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) is a unique code specific to your SIM card and is required to unblock your phone after three failed attempts of the PIN code on your mobile. To retrieve your PUK code, you may: 1) Access Online Customer Service, go to My Account (Postpaid) or My Setting (Prepaid) and select PUK Enquiry. 2) Dial 1111 (from Celcom mobile), press 4 and then press 1. 3) Visit any Celcom Branch or Blue Cube.
