The Pie Lab is now offering their first Cooking Class, Pie Baking 101 this Sunday, January 19th from 3 pm to 5 pm. Chef Kelley Whatley will guide you to making the perfect pie crust and finishing your pie with the perfect filling. We only have openings for five more reservations. Class includes: How to bake the perfect pie crust. Fillings for your special pie. Whats on top? Lattice, crumble and more. Baking temperatures. Tons of other hints and pie baking tips. All supplies are included and come prepared to take home your own special homemade pie (smaller version of our regular pies). Cost is $15.00. Reservations are required.
