The Protection From Harassment Act 1997 2 Offence of harassment. (1) A person who pursues a course of conduct in breach of section 1 is guilty of an offence. (2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both. Here the word “Person” is used to describe a “body” In Black’s Law Dictionary edn 3 a person is a legal fiction, in edn 8 a “person” is a natural “person” (Edn 8, an undetermined definition) (Law) “Person” A “human” or “organization” with legal rights and duties. Ambiguity of the word “person” in the above named “act” causes this act to become unsustainable. The above “act” does not define or establish which “person” is relevant or recognised. The use of capitalization of the name in corporate documents is subject under UCC Unified Commercial Codes. i.e. Company and puts the “person” into a legal entity. Lawful as in “human” lower case characters Legal as in “corporation” upper case characters Person n. 1) a human being. 2) A corporation treated as having the rights and obligations of a person. An ACT of Parliament is a “STATUTE” A legally written rule of society given the force of law by the consent of the governed. Society as defined in Black’s Law dictionary edn 2: an association or company of persons (generally not Incorporated) united together for any mutual or common purpose. There is NO authority for administrative courts in this country and no Act can be passed to legitimise them because of the constitutional restraints placed upon her Majesty at Her coronation. I have been studying certain laws for 3 years. Starting with the CESTUI QUE VIE ACT 1666. And only because I was abused by the “bogus marriage” plaintiff and the courts. Hence my determination to seek redress and remedy. If the courts had bothered to listen to me instead of making threats and putting me in prison, this whole issue would have been resolved long ago, and no harm would ever have happened. The courts favoured the false statements of the plaintiff and condemned me to torture and inhumane treatment and furthermore allowed the plaintiff time to poison my son against me. Whereas there was never any prior problem between him and me. When, as humans, we are born, a birth certificate is created, a legal document, it cannot be used for the purposes of identity. And as it bears the Crown Copy Right it does not belong to the person to whom it is issued, defacing or altering it is a crime. This created document is used for the human to associate with. I now have few questions to ask of the pro-se-cutor 1) How is a person identified ? 2) How is that identity proven ? 3) By what means is that identification secured ? 4) How is the born human child matched to the legally created document known as a birth certificate? 5) What evidence does the pro-se-cutor hold, that can match john c brookes to the birth certificate? 6) Is the pro-se-cutor aware of the fact that the birth certificate created a legal fiction? 7) THIS IS AN EXTREMELY CRUCIAL QUESTION: Does the pro-se-cutor have absolute and undeniable evidence that, the legally created document, is a true representation of the actual human born child, allegedly known as john c brookes? I suggest the pro-se –cutor apply this same series of questions in relation to the plaintiff known as Annaliza Patino Brookes. And in turn apply to the authorities of her original country of origin and establish such. John of the brookes family
