The Reporter Online, posted a small article about the Kickathon. Thanks for that. However, I believe you were there for MOST of the event, and certainly, posting how MUCH we raised for Manna ($11,500. Yes, ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!) would have been a great part to include. Also, the 1 minute long video, featuring only a zoomed in picture of one kids shirt, me taking off my socks and talking away from the camera so you couldnt hear me, and one of my missed breaks (I broke more than I missed, Id have hoped you got ONE of the successful breaks on video?)...COULD have included things that also happened, like the demo team, like the 500-700 people that were there, the 500 kicks done by 120 people, like the big check presentation to Kristyn DiDominick from Manna On Main Street, etc. I appreciate the coverage, but really, was this coverage? Im sorry. I dont think so. For anyone interested, go to their site, thereporteronline, and feel free to find the video and article. Im going to write to them, and perhaps you would too? Maybe we can get some legit coverage for this event next year, and raise even MORE money for charity with more word of mouth. Ok, rant over.
