Should the helmet be damaged in transit, you can get a new helmet or, a refund per USPS Insurance claim. Terms and Conditions: A “raw” pull by definition is a helmet pulled straight from the mold. Minimal trimming will be done if at all. Although I will be taking great care in the casting process and I will be using molding and casting materials that are designed to minimize casting imperfections such as air bubbles, 2 part mold seams, minor high or low spots etc., those types of things are possible and will not be corrected or altered prior to shipping. Any helmet that is severely flawed will not be sold but, helmets with minor imperfections will be shipped as these can be classed as budget kits considering cost and what comes with the package. Should the helmet be too large or too smaller the buyer is responsible for resale of the helmet, I will not accept returns based upon helmet size. Should the helmet be shipped back to me for a sizing issue, I will keep the helmet and will not issue a refund. If the buyer decides they want the helmet back, they will be required to pay shipping to have it sent back.
