The Sole Hope Guest House? Its not really a guest house...its better than a home away from home...its more like a delightful sanctuary. From the second you kick your shoes off and walk through the front door, its like a deep breath for your whole body. I came away from the Sole Hope Guest House taking mental notes on how to create this feeling in my own home back in Texas. This is the place to sip coffee in a wicker chair by the window as an early morning breeze dances with a sheer curtain. Its a place where you find a spot under the cabana out back and doze in the sunshine. Its where you find joy in watching Betty prep (AMAZING) dinners and beg her to let you help. Its the place where people youve never met before become family over late-night games of Telephone and deep, aching belly laughs. This is a place where you cry when you leave.
