The Spinal Column- hangers on week Following on from yesterday, heres a fun way to release tension throughout your whole back, legs and shoulder girdle. SIt at your favourite table, close enough so you can put the complete length of your forearm (palm down) on the table including your elbows. Then off you go with the directions we all know and love- you ask for length, first, middle and always! And you can direct around the six-sided shape you make in this position. Shoulder to shoulder is side one- both upper arms sider 2&3 (dont stiffen those elbows!) both lower arms plus hands and fingers are side 4&5- and the sixth side?
