The States Energy Plan has been published have to say I see little current action in many of the areas that it is talks about such as carbon emissions which have only improved because of our link to France, and the improvemnet of modern cars, but air pollution is an increasing problem and one only has to look at the recent problems in France blamed on high car use. They are still banging on about tidal energy which may or may not be a future source which in my view would be well beyond the finances of the island at present. It is good to see they are considering house holders using sustainable energy sourses such as solar and wind and I do hope these are encouraged: statesassembly.gov.je/Pages/Reports.aspx
