The Trainer: A brief display of the Human Flag. All upper body and core strength. My record for holding a true flag pose is 7 seconds. A sign of true overall fitness is well rounded performance ability. Exceptional strength. Exceptional muscular endurance. Exceptional cardiovascular stamina. And exceptional manipulation of ones body weight. If you can lift hundreds of pounds in squats, bench press, deadlifts etc... but you perform on pull ups and dips poorly youre not truly fit. If you can move heavy weight in the gym but youre weak in cardio, youre not truly fit. If you can run a marathon and swim for miles but your lifting is lackluster, youre not truly fit.
