The U.S., of course, doesnt chop off the heads of terrorist suspects in front of cameras, but they do this. This man has never been charged and convicted of anything, and was ordered released in 2010 by a U.S. judge, but remains imprisoned in Guantananmo. The main reason for his imprisonment was because he joined Al-qaeda at the time when Al-qaeda in Afghanistan was helping the U.S. fight the Russian occupation of Afghanistan. In U.S. eyes its Once an Al-Qarda, always an Al-Qaeda!
