The University of Pennsylvania--thats an Ivy League - TopicsExpress

The University of Pennsylvania--thats an Ivy League school--accepted me into its Executive Program for Social Impact Strategy. Im one of only 35 leaders from around the world to get into the cohort. Honest truth: Im surprised they picked me, but they like what Im trying to do with my social enterprise. The total cost with travel is around $7500. The only way I can afford to go is if I crowd fund it. I want this to be a lot about the good I can do for the community with this training and only a little about me. So I want to the crowd-funding to be more about an investment in the community. I have three ideas for the crowdfunding campaign and Id like to know which one you think is best: Idea #1: For every $100 a person donates, he or she can choose a nonprofit where I will volunteer one hour of work in 2016. That adds up to about 750 volunteer hours at as many nonprofits as my donors choose in 2016. Idea #2: When I reach $7500, donors get to vote for one nonprofit where I will donate 750 pro bono hours in 2016 to apply what I learn at Penn to a particular community or organizational challenge. Idea #3: Donors submit and choose a community project that Ill take on for 750 hours in 2016. Do you like this? Would you support it? Which idea seems best? Please let me know because Ive got to launch this thing ASAP and submit my registration for enrollment!
